Need Support at Work?

Access to Work can fund the support you need to thrive

If you’re disabled, neurodivergent, or managing a long-term condition, you could be entitled to free workplace support through the government’s Access to Work scheme - and we’re here to help you access it.

What is Access to Work?

Access to Work is a government grant that pays for practical support to help you start, stay, or succeed in work. That could mean:

  • Coaching or mentoring to manage overwhelm or boost confidence

  • Support with admin, emails, or focus

  • Equipment or software that makes your job easier

  • Help with communication or travel

It’s not means-tested, doesn’t affect your benefits, and doesn’t require a formal diagnosis.

Could You Be Eligible?

You might qualify if you:

  • Are 16 or older

  • Are in (or about to start) paid work, including freelance or self-employed

  • Have a disability, neurodivergence, or health condition that affects how you work

You don’t need to be in full-time work - part-time, hybrid, contract and freelance roles all count.
