What do you want your people to be better prepared for?
Interactive workshops for teams, managers and leaders that turn learning into something people actually have to experience, discuss and decide.
Give them something to practise.
Most training tells people what good looks like. We create situations where they have to put it into practice.
Inclusive Change can now offer interactive, scenario-based workshops where teams have to discuss, decide and respond together as situations unfold. Rather than telling people how they should lead, communicate or respond to change, we put them into situations where they actually have to do it.
Using interactive decision simulations, your people face an unfolding scenario, discuss what they know, make decisions together and experience the consequences — followed by an expert facilitated debrief.
What could your team experience?
We have eight workshop ideas to start with — each one a different way of putting your people into a real decision, not another slide deck.
Leadership Under Pressure
What happens to your leadership when there isn’t an obvious right answer?
Put leaders into an unfolding situation involving uncertainty, competing priorities and real consequences. Explore decision-making, communication, risk, leadership styles, influence and how the team behaves under pressure.
Neuroinclusive Leadership Lab
Knowing about neurodiversity isn’t the same as knowing what to do.
Give managers realistic situations involving communication, workload, adjustments, performance, conflicting needs and different ways of thinking. Instead of memorising a list of “dos and don’ts”, managers discuss what they would actually do — and explore the consequences.
Change Under Pressure
Your change plan looked great. Then people got involved.
Managers navigate resistance, rumours, uncertainty, competing priorities and changing information as a transformation unfolds. What they choose changes what happens next.
Team Decision Challenge
You can learn a lot about a team by giving them a difficult decision.
No trust falls. No personality test required. Give your team a shared challenge and watch what happens when they need to listen, disagree, prioritise and reach a decision together. The real learning happens in the debrief.
Cyber Crisis: The Human Response
Your technology can be prepared. Are your people?
A realistic cyber incident unfolds. Information is incomplete. Pressure increases. Leaders have to make decisions about people, operations, customers, communications, reputation and risk. This isn’t technical cyber training — it’s about the human decisions around a cyber incident.
Psychological Safety & Speaking Up
What happens when someone disagrees?
Give the group a decision where someone spots a risk the others have missed, has information the group is ignoring, or simply disagrees with where the conversation is heading — then explore what the group does with that. A far more honest way into psychological safety than teaching people its definition.
Inclusive Decision-Making
Who gets heard when the pressure is on?
Give teams a complex decision and explore whose perspectives influence the outcome, what assumptions are made, how disagreement is handled and whether different ways of thinking genuinely shape the decision.
The Difficult Decisions Lab
There isn’t always a right answer. That’s the point.
A collection of realistic management dilemmas without a clean resolution — the kind of decisions new and emerging managers actually face, not textbook case studies. Groups work through each one together and discuss what they’d do, and why.
Got something your managers need to get better at?
Tell us the situation.
We can build an interactive experience around the decisions your people actually face — from organisational change and customer complaints to ethical dilemmas, difficult conversations, crisis response, or a completely fictional challenge designed simply to get a team thinking differently.
The simulation gets people talking. The debrief creates the learning.
We aren’t primarily interested in whether your team chose A, B or C. We’re interested in how they decided.
- How did you decide?
- Who spoke first?
- What information did you prioritise?
- What assumptions did you make?
- Did anyone disagree?
- Whose perspective changed the conversation?
- What happened when the pressure increased?
- Would you make the same decision again?
That’s what connects this to leadership, inclusion, neurodiversity and organisational change — and it’s where Inclusive Change earns its place, rather than simply being a reseller of a platform.
Led by someone who has made decisions under pressure for a living.
Inclusive Change is led by Lucy Smith, founder and managing director. Her career spans national law enforcement, finance, further education and community media — work that gave her a close, practical understanding of how people actually make decisions under pressure, long before she started designing workshops around it.
Lucy is the author of Anchoring Change in the Age of AI, and is currently completing a Level 7 Senior Leader Apprenticeship at the University of Exeter. She’s supported by a team of associates, trainers and facilitators who share the same approach.
Different ways to use it.
We’ll suggest a format once we know what your team needs — here are are some examples of how we can deliver.
What does your team need to practise?
You don’t need to know which workshop you want. Tell us about your team, the challenge you’re facing, or the behaviour you want to develop — we’ll suggest an experience that could work.
