How long is the discovery call?

Our discovery calls last around 30 minutes. This gives us enough time to understand your organisation, discuss your goals and answer any questions you may have.

Is there any obligation?

No. The call is completely free and there is no obligation to work with us afterwards. Our aim is to understand your needs, offer practical guidance and help you decide on the best next steps.

Who should attend?

Anyone involved in making decisions about your people, workplace or organisational strategy is welcome. This might include HR and People teams, senior leaders, managers, business owners or anyone leading change within your organisation.

What can we discuss?

You can discuss any workplace challenge or opportunity. Whether you're exploring organisational change, leadership development, neurodiversity, workplace culture, Access to Work support or consultancy, we'll help you identify the most appropriate next steps.

What happens after the call?

If we're the right fit, we'll recommend the most appropriate next steps. This might include consultancy, training, coaching or another tailored service. If we don't think we're the best fit for your needs, we'll be honest and point you in the right direction where we can

Who do you work with?

We support organisations across the public, private and third sectors, as well as leaders and individuals. Whether you're a small business, large employer, charity, education provider or public sector organisation, we tailor our support to your needs.

Do you offer online and in-person support?

Yes. We provide consultancy, training and coaching online across the UK, as well as in-person where appropriate. Travel expenses may apply for face-to-face delivery.

How quickly can we get started?

Discovery calls are usually available within a few working days. If you need support urgently, let us know when booking and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Do you only support neurodiversity?

No. While neurodiversity is one of our specialist areas, we also support organisations with change management, inclusive leadership, workplace culture, leadership development and organisational transformation. Our consultancy helps organisations build workplaces where people and performance thrive.
