Buying Content from us
To buy our materials
Place your order on our website
Check your order details carefully
You will get a confirmation email from us
Once we accept the order we make a contract with you
We might not accept your order if there is a problem (for example: wrong details or a technical issue)
Using our content
When you buy content
You get a licence to use it for yourself (or your business team if agreed)
You can't sell, copy or share it with others unless we give written permisson
You can make backups for your personal or business use (if agreed)
You must not:
Break the content
Use it in illegal or harmful ways
Share or re-sell it
Change or copy it in ways we haven’t allowed
Getting the Content
Your content will be sent to you by email
You can download it onto your own device (or someone else's with their permission)

Prices and payments
Prices are shown on our website and include VAT.
You pay at the time of ordering.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Sometimes we may change prices – but we’ll let you know if it affects your order.
Your consumer rights as a personal buyer
Consumer Rights (for personal use)
If you’re buying for yourself (not for a business):
You have 14 days to change your mind – unless:
You’ve downloaded the content
You’ve opened sealed packaging
To cancel, email us at [email protected].
We’ll refund your money (as long as the content isn’t used or downloaded).
If the content is faulty
If your content doesn’t match the description or isn’t working:
You can get a refund or replacement within 30 days.
Up to 6 months: If it can’t be fixed, you can ask for a refund.
Up to 6 years: If it doesn’t last as expected, you might get some money back.
Business customers must tell us within 14 days if there’s a problem.
Your responsibilities
You agree to:
Give us accurate information
Use the content only as allowed
Not break any rules listed in these Terms
Ask us if you’re unsure about anything
When can we end the contract?
We can end the contract if:
You break these Terms
You do anything illegal on our site
You don’t pay us
You can cancel if the content is faulty or if you’re within your cancellation period.
Our legal responsibilities
We aren’t responsible for:
Delays caused by incorrect info you give
Technical issues out of our control
Business losses or indirect damages (for business buyers)
We are responsible for:
Losses caused by us being careless
Faulty or dangerous content
Any legal rights we can’t exclude
Our ownership
We (or our partners) own the rights to our content.
You can’t use our logos or names without permission.
Other legal bits
You can’t pass your rights to someone else.
These Terms are governed by UK law.
If any part of these Terms is unclear or not valid, the rest still apply.
