Confidently Lead & Support Your Team

Hi, I am Lucy,

founder of Inclusive Change

a fair skinned woman with blonde hair. she is wearing glasses and smiling.

I’ve spent years working with organisations that want to do better, with leaders who genuinely care about their teams but struggle with how to support neurodivergent employees, prevent burnout, and build resilience in an ever changing workplace.

The truth is, traditional training doesn’t always work. A one-off workshop doesn’t create lasting change - (don't get me wrong, we love delivering one-off workshops at Inclusive Change) but employees & managers want and need ongoing, real-world support, and that’s where Inclusive Change Peer Group Coaching comes in.

Peer Group Coaching is practical and powerful. It connects employees and gives managers the space to share challenges and solutions and builds a cohesive team.

We build confidence, skills, and real workplace change. Instead of just hearing ‘best practices,’ we encourage our teams to apply strategies in their day-to-day work, leading to better focus, improved wellbeing, stronger leadership, and improved loyalty & retention.

It’s the future of workplace learning.

When people learn together, they thrive together. That’s why leading organisations are turning to coaching-based learning models with Inclusive Change.

If you’re ready to build a resilient workforce, prevent burnout, and create a workplace where neurodivergent employees thrive, let’s talk.

We know you have questions...

So here are some answers, and if we don't have an answer you need here - get in touch

What is a Peer Coaching Group

Peer group coaching is expert-led coaching in small groups, designed for shared learning & real-world application.Unlike traditional training, peer coaching Encourages discussion & problem-solving based on real workplace challenges. Connects employees & leaders in a supportive, guided environment. Provides ongoing support, not just a one-off session,. It's a practical, interactive way to build skills and confidence at work.

How do we select a group?

We help you choose the right group based on your business goals.  We can help you comms and recruitment of your cohort with neuro-inclusive approaches that role model accessible selection processes.

For Employee Coaching: Suitable for neurodivergent employees, early-career professionals, or high-potential talent who need structured support.

For Line Manager Coaching: Designed for managers who lead neurodivergent or diverse teams and want to improve support & develop a high performing team. .

Where does coaching take place?

We can provide flexible delivery to suit your organisation. We have a variety of delivery options - from hybrid of in-person and online or just online.. We know that an important part of the process is to build a community so we encourage at least 1 in person session at the beginning of the programme and 1 at the end to celebrate success and meet as a community.

Ideally the session dates are set so candidates are able to plan throughout the programme.

How long does it take?

Our standard coaching programme runs for 6 - 9 months, depending on your organisation’s needs.

Live Group Coaching Sessions are generally 90 minutes per month (online or in-person).

We provide sccess to Resources & Community – Ongoing support between sessions..Flexible

We would be happy to discuss a custom coaching package based on your goals.

Who will facilitate sessions?

Sessions will be led by Lucy alongside professional coaches and members of your team. Lucy has a career spanning over 35 years and has been working professionally in the area of neurodiversity for 8 years

Where possible we will aim to upskill your team so that they can deliver and build future cohorts. Our team bring expertise in a range of industries alongside our extensive knowledge in supporting neurodivergent thinkers. We bring a deep understanding of workplace challenges - as managers ourselves and most importantly as adults with lived experience of neurodiversity.

How many people are in a Peer Coaching Group?

We have found that the ideal group size: 14 - 16 participants which is small enough for personalised coaching and large enough for shared learning & discussion. This ensures everyone gets the support & interaction they need.

Custom options available for larger teams.

How do we measure the impact of coaching?

We track engagement, progress, and feedback. Some of the metrics we will use are:

Real-time participant feedback and Insights into what’s working and what we need to change. HR & manager check-ins.

Observing changes in confidence & performance. Retention & wellbeing data and measuring long-term workplace improvements.

How do we get started?

It's a Simple process. Let’s book a call.

Book a free consultation so we can discuss your team’s needs. Choose a coaching programme tailored for your workforce.

Launch & see results Your teams get the ongoing support they need to thrive.

How much does this cost?

We want to be ensure that we create the right Peer Coaching Programme for you and your teams. The cost will reflect whether we run the sessions online or in person and over how many months. As an example the cost for our hybrid programme that would include 1 in person kick-off event, 6 online events and 1 end of programme in person event would be £1899+VAT per person. This is a cost for 1 candidate - companies who book a whole cohort will gain a significant discount.

We will also offer discounts for multiple cohorts in organisations and opportunities for savings venue costs.

we would prefer to talk to you about your specific requirements and budget so please get in touch to discuss. You never know what is possible unless you talk to us.

Building Resilience for Neurodivergent Staff in Higher Education

We were asked to create 2 peer coaching groups for neurodivergent staff working in professional services in Higher Education.

We set up one group for ADHD staff and a second for Autistic staff. Each group met online for 90 minutes each month for 9 months.

We began each programme with a plan but our intention was to co-produce and create flexibility for each cohort to tackle challenges that they faced such as:

Understanding Reasonable Adjustments, managing burnout, understanding sensory processing and executive function and improving communication with co-workers.

This was part of a wider programme of work which included line manager training, general neurodiversity training and a range of projects in different teams.

"I feel more confident in who I am now"

"You will get something out of every session"

"Groups are an oasis where I stop and reflect"

"I have people that I can talk with about stuff"

"I feel accepted in such a supportive group"

“I attended this training last Friday. It was brilliant.Lucy is great. Very engaging, the perfect person to deliver training."

"I would like to feedback that it would be wonderful if this training could be longer. To have chance to go into things in more depth, be more specific to our client group and colleagues, and to hear more from the experiences in the room. I am sure it would contribute to a more inclusive workplace for us all."

"If you are looking to enhance your team's knowledge or develop a thoughtful approach to neurodiversity, we highly recommend Lucy's services. Whether it's training, facilitating team days or planning change programs, Lucy is a true professional who delivers real value."

"I am amazed at how much I learnt about myself. I have never had an adult stand in front of me and validate my own experience of the world before!it makes a huge difference to your self-esteem to identify as a successful neurodiverse person, as opposed to a failing neurotypical person! it made me wish that my parents had been able to go on a course like this when I was a child - what a difference it would have made!"

"When I received the email a couple of days before the course, with a picture of the room, a picture showing the entrance to the building, plus information about how many people were going to be there, it dropped my anxiety levels immediately, and made me realise that the course was being run by someone who understood what was needed to make it as accessible as possible to an autistic person."
