We’re looking for someone compassionate, reliable, and down-to-earth to support an autistic adult based in Dorchester. This role is not just about assistance, but about enabling someone to get more from life; managing their business and work activities and also connecting with their community, following their interests, and feeling more confident day to day.

Hours: Up to 40 hours per month

Salary/Pay range: £16-19 per hour

The role is highly personalised, focusing on providing social, emotional, and practical assistance to help the individual access and participate in work and everyday activities, social opportunities, and hobbies.

The ideal candidate will be supportive of queer and trans-affirmative spaces and have a good understanding of autism and related challenges.
