We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and patient Personal Assistant (PA) to support an autistic adult in Dorchester, Dorset.

Hours: Flexible, between 4-12 hours per month, depending on client needs and planned workload.

Salary/Pay: Negotiable and experience relative.

The role is highly personalised, focusing on providing social, emotional, and practical assistance to help the individual access and participate in everyday activities, social opportunities, and hobbies.

The ideal candidate will be supportive of queer and trans-affirmative spaces and have a good understanding of autism and related challenges.
