He established the National Disability Employment & Advisory Service in 2022 and focuses on supporting neurodivergent young people & adults into employment.

With Neurodiversity Celebration Week (NCW) coming up between 17th – 23rd March, this month brings another fantastic opportunity to share stories, information and celebrate the neurodivergent community.
