From Brain Fog to Clarity: New Webinar Announced: Featuring Women’s Health Advocate Kirsty Brown

We’re thrilled to announce our latest online workshop, From Brain Fog to Clarity: Neurodivergence, Menopause & Work, a 90-minute webinar designed specifically for autistic and ADHD people navigating perimenopause or menopause.

And we’re even more excited to share that Kirsty Brown, a respected women’s health advocate, will be joining us as a special guest contributor. This workshop was born from a growing need we could no longer ignore: too many neurodivergent women are silently struggling through brain fog, overwhelm, and workplace burnout during menopause, with little understanding and even less support.

Why This Workshop Matters

If you’ve been:

Feeling scattered, unfocused or emotionally up-and-down

Struggling with work you used to manage easily

Questioning if you’re “losing it”

Hiding your challenges because you don’t know how to explain them

...you are not alone. And you are not the problem.

Menopause is neurological as well as hormonal, and for neurodivergent women, the impact on executive function, sensory processing, and emotional regulation can be profound.

We created this session to make sense of it all, offer real tools, and give you a space to feel seen and supported.

What You’ll Learn

  • How menopause affects neurodivergent brains

  • Why your usual coping strategies may no longer be working

  • The science behind brain fog, memory shifts and mood swings

  • How to manage executive dysfunction and advocate for support at work

  • Practical tools for calming overwhelm and reclaiming clarity

This isn’t just information. It’s validation. It’s community. It’s a new way of navigating this stage of life with awareness, not shame.

A quick note about our language

We use the term ‘women’ throughout this space to reflect the common experience of many, but we recognise that menopause is experienced by some trans men, nonbinary, and gender-diverse people too. You are welcome!
