What Is A Work-Based Assessment?

It is a verbal assessment, completed to identify challenges in the workplace which could be causing performance concerns

🌟Initial meeting, up to 30 minutes with Manager to understand situation 

🌟Initial meeting with employee, up to 15 mins to explain assessment and identify requirements for the assessment

🌟Assessment, up to 60 minutes.  Online or face to face as arranged. Assessment is verbal and questions based on situation

🌟Report completed within 10 working days.  Report identifies workplace support strategies. 

🌟Review meeting with manager and employee to discuss report and how strategies can be implemented. Up to 60 minutes.
